Please Consider:

Jeans are not a standard part of our dress code at Spalon Elite. Fridays are considered our casual, so please don’t be surprised to see us dress down on those days.

Cancellations:

Kindly provide us with a 24 hour cancellation call so we may better accommodate you, other guests and staff. Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, still may result in a charge for the full service.

Punctuality:

We ask you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to prepare for your treatment. Late arrivals may have time subtracted from their treatment, and could still be charged full price.
